On this picturesque shore in the Netherlands, this house, originally built in the 90s with a breathtaking view over the Markiezaatsmeer, has been renovated into a modern architectural work of art. Adjacent to a nature reserve and a large lake, this project captivates with its tranquil and nature-oriented location. The goal of the renovation was to incorporate the natural beauty of the surroundings and the spectacular view into the housing concept. The house now extends to 35 meters at its longest point and is oriented to make optimal use of the spectacular view of the nature reserve and the lake. Our minimal windows® installed on this side of the house are pivotal in realizing this desire, as they offer an unobstructed view of nature in all its glory.

A special feature of the Seabreeze Residence is its layout. The main living areas are located on the second floor, accessible via an impressive entrance with stairs and an elevator. This means that the garden and the front door are located on different floors. Our minimalist sliding systems create a tasteful connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, providing seamless access to the garden and the adjacent swimming pool. This house conveys a permanent vacation feeling and continually surprises the residents with the beauty of the ever-changing nature, which has become an integral part of the interior through ingenious design.
